Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from warehouses in the USA and China, depending on your location and stock availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders fast — so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, orders are locked in and shipped. If needed, you can always return your order once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1–3 business days.
